6 Days Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru – Amboseli Safari

Your safari begins with a morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel at 6:30 am by your private Ventaria safari vehicle. Meet your professional driver/guide and depart for the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve, traveling through the scenic Great Rift Valley.

Stop briefly at the Rift Valley viewpoint to admire panoramic views of the valley and take photos. Continue through Narok Town, where you can stretch, refresh, and view local Maasai crafts. Arrive at your lodge or camp in the Mara around 1:00 pm for lunch, check-in, and a short rest.

At 3:30 pm, head out for your first afternoon game drive, lasting approximately 3 hours until sunset. Explore the Mara plains, rivers, and forested patches, spotting lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests. Learn about animal behavior and conservation efforts from your guide. Return to your lodge around 6:30 pm for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast at 6:30 am, embark on a full-day game drive from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Start early to catch the predators in action and traverse different parts of the reserve, including savannahs, riverine forests, and woodland patches.

Around 12:30 pm, enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot in the reserve while watching wildlife activity around you. In the afternoon, continue game viewing, photographing herds of elephants, rhinos, zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, and possibly observing a hunt by big cats. Return to camp by 6:30 pm for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast at 7:00 am, depart Masai Mara for Lake Nakuru National Park, a drive of approximately 5–6 hours. Stop en route for photos and refreshments.

Arrive at Lake Nakuru around 1:00 pm for lunch and check-in at your lodge or camp. Rest briefly before embarking on an afternoon game drive from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm. Explore the park’s flamingo-filled lake shores, rhino sanctuaries, and wooded areas while spotting buffaloes, giraffes, waterbucks, and numerous bird species. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Arrive at Amboseli around 1:00 pm for lunch and lodge check-in. In the afternoon, enjoy a 3-hour game drive from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm, exploring the park’s open plains and swamps. Witness large elephant herds, lions, zebras, giraffes, and various bird species, all framed by the breathtaking Mount Kilimanjaro backdrop. Return to camp for dinner and overnight stay.
