The drive passes through central Kenya, gradually changing from fertile highlands to drier, semi-arid terrain. Short comfort and refreshment stops will be made along the way. Samburu’s isolated location means fewer safari vehicles, creating a quieter and more exclusive wildlife experience.

You will arrive at your lodge in the early afternoon, check in, and enjoy lunch before taking some time to rest. Later in the afternoon, usually around 4:00 p.m., you will depart for your first evening game drive lasting approximately 2–3 hours. Wildlife sightings may include elephants, giraffes, lions, and some of Samburu’s unique species.

Dinner and overnight stay at Samburu Sopa Lodge.
